국제식품노련(IUF)에서 서비스협정이 식량 및 농업에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지
에 대한 글이 나왔습니다. 

글의 내용인즉슨, 
GATS가 일반적으로 교육, 의료, 에너지, 물, 정부조달 등 공공서비스 영역으
로 인식되곤 하나 사실상 그 포괄범위나 파급력이 생각보다 더 크다는 것입니
다. 예를 들어, 물의 공급과 유통을 상업화하는 것은 생명의 원천을 사유화하
는것이고 식량에 대한 초국적 자본의 지배력을 강화합니다. 이 글은 GATS의 물
사유화와 '환경서비스'가 농업 및 식량에 어떠한 영향을 끼치는 지를 분석하
고 있습니다.
