Dear all,

Asian Civil Society Forum (ACSF) 2004 - Building UN/NGOs Partnerships for
Democratic Governance through MDGs, November 21 to 25, Bangkok, Thailand.
The ACSF 2004 is organized and convened by CONGO Working Group on Asia in
cooperation with the local hosting organizations coordinated by Asian 
Forum 
for Human Rights
and Development (Forum-Asia) and UN bodies such as UN ESCAP, UN 
Development
Program (UNDP), UN Environment Programme (UNEP), etc. based in Bangkok.

Travel sponsorships to the Asian Civil Society Forum - United Nations
Environment Programme's (UNEP) is sponsoring an Asia-Pacific Regional 
Preparatory
Meeting for the 6th Global Civil Society Forum (GCSF) to be held 
November 
20-21, 2004 in
Bangkok, Thailand. The meeting is being held in association with the 2nd 
Asian
Civil Society Forum, organised by CONGO. Through an arrangement with 
CONGO,
UNEP is able to provide travel funding to about 30 international
participants from within Asia Pacific.

If you wish to apply for funding support to attend the Regional
Preparatory Meeting and the Asian Civil Society Forum, you will need to
complete the application form, and return it to CONGO by October 10.
